Since 1995, our team has succeeded in understanding the needs of the industry and creating reliable products to serve them all.

Netmark A/S was established in Denmark in 1995 by Jørgen Sørensen. In the course of time, Netmark A/S has developed into the present well-known company and year by year its activities have expanded.

In 2003 Netmark A/S established a production unit UAB Netmark in Lithuania which is dedicated to the production of nettings and twines. The owners of Netmark have been investing on regular basis in new premises and machines in order to be able to produce the best products for the fishing industry

We are certified according to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 ensuring a continous strive for improvments and high quality standard.

We conduct regular audits and management reviews to ensure continuous product and process improvement and achievement of set goals.

UAB Netmark management is committed to ensuring that all subordinates understand the importance of their work, organizational values, and the principles of the management system. All subordinates understand the requirements of external and internal customers, coordination of activities and information flows between all employees of the organization are ensured.

The director of UAB Netmark undertakes to comply with all requirements applicable to the company, is responsible for the effectiveness of the quality and environmental management system, its integration into the organization’s strategy and objectives, effective communication of the importance of the management system in the organization, representation of the organization and provision of information to interested parties, ensures that the system achieves the planned results, and promotes process improvement.

The achievement of values is ensured by setting and implementing goals. Values are reviewed and updated at least once a year. The director of UAB “Netmark” ensures the updating and dissemination of values within the organization.
