Improvement of the qualifications of UAB Netmark employees
In order to maintain a leading position in the competitive market, improve the quality of manufactured products and to be attractive to employees, UAB Netmark is implementing a 36-month project to improve the professional competences of employees.
On 14th of 2018 November we launched the project “UAB Netmark employee qualification improvement” which aims to strengthen the specialized knowledge and skills of employees, raise existing qualifications, familiarize them with new applied methods in production
The expansion of the company’s activities calls for further development of technologies and innovations. The company’s employees needs to constantly raise their qualifications and update their knowledge. The production specialists, foremen, finance personel and employeel law specialists will be trained during the project in order to obtain more proffesional skills.
It is planned to train 107 employees during the execution of the project, which will help them perform work functions more quickly and guarantee a higher quality of the production. Organized trainings are focused specifically on production processes, solving practical situations at the workplace and are directly related to daily work functions.
The project is implemented in accordance with the 2014-2020 European Union funds investment program priority 9 “Education of society and increasing the potential of human resources” measure no. 09.4.3-ESFA-T-846 “Training for employees of foreign investors”. The planned end of project activities is 2021. month of November
The project is partially financed by the European Social Fund.
Implementation of digital technologies at UAB Netmark
During the project, 2 sets of equipment will be purchased:
The automated rope impregnation, stretching and heating line will enable the production of precise length, lightweight synthetic ropes, which have a high market demand and are a high added value product.
- Technological equipment monitoring system, operative production management system, which will allow receiving real-time data on machine operation, unexpected stop of the machines, also will allow to find out reasons for interruptions.

Implementation of technological solutions in order to manage resources more efficiently and increase operational productivity
In order to contribute to the reduction of pollution and the rational use of natural resources, UAB Netmark decided to implement the project “Implementation of technological solutions in order to manage resources more effectively and increase the productivity of operations”, which aims to implement technological eco-innovations in order to reduce the negative consequences of climate change and the greenhouse effect.
Thanks to the project, the company’s production processes will be modernized.
The project is implemented in accordance with the 2014-2020 Implementation measure No. 3 of priority 3 “Promoting the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses” of the investment action program of the European Union funds. 03.3.2-LVPA-K-837 “Eco-innovations LT+”.
Project financing – EUR 279,288.00 from the European Regional Development Fund.
The project implementation period is from 2018 April 16 until 2021 February 26.
